A Yum Mum creation that will have their little tastebuds asking for more! Organic Chicken, pumpkin, sweet potato, and zucchini combine beautifully with the giant couscous, making this dish fun. Apricots add natural sweetness, and the garlic, cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric, bring on the flavour. This is the only product in our range which does not carry the ACO organic logo. We are unable to source organic giant couscous, however rest assured the product sits at 91% organic.
It can be difficult getting small children to eat veggies! Well they won't see them coming in this one! A healthy combination of fresh broccoli, carrots and zucchini and some herbs, simmered together in a delicious tomato passata (that's Italian for sauce) and added to our fabulous wholemeal pasta. *Just add a grating of Parmesan for extra flavour.
Everybodies favourite, an Italian inspired risotto created from Arborio rice, vegetable broth, pumpkin, tomato and basil, finished with fresh baby spinach. *Extra Yum with fresh parmesan.
A delicious combination of lamb, jasmine rice, red capsicum, and sultanas, simmered in a tasty stock with sweet paprika and cinnamon. A squeeze of lemon and some freshly chopped coriander give this dish a unique flavour. *Delicious served with natural yoghurt and pita or Turkish bread.
I have wonderful childhood memories of Pasta Bolognese. A traditional Bolognese cooked in a rich tomato passata with a hint of oregano and parsley for added flavour. Carrots add just the right amount of sweetness that children love! We have used wholemeal pasta for added nutrition. All you need to add is a sprinkling of parmesan! Buon Appetito!
