Help and Ordering Instructions

Where do you deliver to?

All Yum Mum products are available for online purchase and delivery to metropolitan Melbourne and some outer Melbourne areas. You will find our delivery information here. Our products are divided into categories which conveniently outline which age group the product is suitable for.

Step by Step Ordering Instructions

To order, choose an item from the list you wish to purchase. If you would like to view detailed information about any of the products, simply click the More Info icon to the right hand side of each product. Clicking on this icon will bring up a new window which contains a large image of the product, full ingredient list, serving size, nutritional panel plus storing and heating instructions. This information can also be viewed before entering the shop via the our products / products information link on the main menu to the left of the website.

Choose the amount you wish to purchase, highlight the number 1 in the Quantity box and type in the number of pouches of that product you wish to purchase. Click the add to cart icon. The page will reload and reveal a green box which will inform you of the product name and amount of the product which you added to the cart. It will also give you a running total of your selected items are in your cart and the total dollar amount in your cart.

Continue adding products to your cart until you are finished with your order. Please note that there is a $30 AUD minimum spend on each order and the Proceed to Checkout buttons will not be visible until the items in your cart add up to, or exceed $30 AUD. You can, however, view your cart at any time by clicking the view cart button. To return to the shop simply click the continue shopping button.

Click on the proceed to checkout button to finalise your order. New customers must register first so we can keep your contact details on file for future orders. Fill out the required details on the registration form and press submit.

The next page will contain a form to enter your credit card details which will be transmitted to us securely. (See security policy) You can also input your coupon code if you have one. The order will then be sent to us ready for packing and sending off to you. You will receive an email confirmation from us with a receipt immediately following ordering. I have a coupon code, how do I redeem it?

When you checkout you will be able to enter your coupon code. The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from your total.

I have already registered with Yum Mum and need to change my details, what do I do?

When you checkout, your details will be displayed in full. You will be able to edit any of these details. You can also nominate a different delivery address and instructions to the ones we have on file for you.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No, you can request that your food be left in a safe and cool spot somewhere. Please leave those instructions in the 'special instructions' section on the ORDER page. Your food has been packed securely in a polystyrene box with dry ice packs. This will ensure your food remains chilled for up to until you return home. Delivery is usually between 6am -4pm.

Can I get the meals delivered to work?

Of course, however you will need to ensure you enter the exact details of your workplace in the address section if it is different to your usual delivery address.

Do I need to pay when I order?

Yes.

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via our secure server. This also enables you to pay using your debit mastercard, visa or bankcard.

Can I BSB the funds?

No at the moment we are not accepting this method of payment. However if you are interested please call Amanda on 1300 Yum Mum to discuss.

Can I pay by cash?

We do not accept cash.

Is GST included in our prices?

No. Baby food is classified as GST free.
