Delivery Information

Melbourne Metro Deliveries

This area reaches as far as Werribee, Mornington, Berwick, etc. Orders need to be placed between 7am-4pm daily. Delivery will be on the second business day after you order. For example order on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday.

DELIVERY CHARGES - $10.40

Yum Mum is currently using polystyrene boxes to protect your food following delivery. We believe in recycling and encourage our customers to return the boxes on their next order by placing outside on the day of delivery. We are looking towards an alternative to this type of box.

Outer Melbourne Deliveries

Peninsula Region - Beyond Mornington and including Sorrento, Portsea, Main Ridge, Blairgowrie, etc. Deliveries are made daily. Delivery will be on the second business day after you order. For example order on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday.

Geelong - deliveries are on a Tuesday and Thursday only. For Tuesday delivery you will need to place your order on a Friday and for Thursday delivery please place your order on a Tuesday. Orders to be placed between 7am-4pm.

We deliver to Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Warragul once a week. Please order by Tuesday for delivery on a Thursday. Orders to be placed between 7am-4pm.

For Bendigo and Shepparton order on a Friday for delivery on a Tuesday. Orders to be placed between 7am-4pm.

Delivery Policy

Your goods will be packed the day after we receive your order, your order will then be shipped the following day. You should expect to receive your products within 3 business days (including your order day) from when you placed your order.

Orders must be submitted by 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday to be considered to be placed that business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be considered placed on the subsequent business day.

We parcel deliveries in a sealed polystyrene insulated box with dry ice gel packs to keep the Yum Mum pouches cool until 6pm on the day of delivery.

If we do not receive specific delivery instructions we will leave your order at your front door. We can take no responsibility for missing orders once we have delivered.

Please call Yum Mum as soon as possible if your order is not received on the expected day of delivery.

Refund Policy

The customer will bear all risk once Yum Mum products have been delivered as per your instructions. Yum Mum Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).

Online Payment

We only accept online payment by providing your credit card details during checkout on our secure site. We will process your order payment using your credit card details for the value printed on the invoice we provide with your delivery. Transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Security Policy

Our e-commerce site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which uses 128 bit encryption. SSL locks all payment information passed from you to us in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.

When you register you provide us with your address and contact details as well as delivery instructions. These are then displayed each time you place an order with Yum Mum. If these details change you will be able to update your information. You will need to enter your credit card details at every transaction as we do not keep these on file.
